I want to thank Shared Touch for the services that were provided for my mother. I want to thank you for all of the support that Shared Touch gave to my mother during her illness. Since Bob and I were on two different ends of the United States and Mom being in Colorado we were concerned about her wellbeing, but you solved that problem for us. You provided mom with a caregiver that was very caring and had my mother’s best interest at heart and treated us like family. Even when mom passed way you all where there offering support for us.

I would highly recommend Shared Touch to any one that inquires about your services. The office staff is always concerned about how the services that I am receiving are going. They call me every week to check and make sure that I am happy with my caregivers. I love the way the caregiver has to log in prior to beginning work from my home phone. I used another agency prior to using Shared Touch and the caregivers that they sent were always late and did not stay all of their time. The phone system that you all use has been very beneficial to me by ensuring that I get every minute that I am entitled to.

When I called and reported that the caregiver and I had a personality conflict you replace her with no problem the very next day. When the health department came out to do my survey and I had one of Share Touch’s employee’s there the surveyor commented that I have very professional staff and knowledgeable staff.
